Ionic Treasures of a Flowing River

So freeing, balancing to sit quietly among the flow of nature. The water washes away dulling energy and the breeze of the flow caresses my face, flirts with my hair, cleansing and clearing.  There is something insanely calming about flowing water, a river, the crashing waves to shore, a silent rain.  Each offering some sort of healing within.

The River, where all thoughts seem to come together and make sense. The river, with it’s nature sounds, seems to absorb the all the un-wanted-ness of life and bring in all the wanted-ness.

As the sunsets my shoulders drop even further, and I wonder how this is possible… breathing leveled off, and sighs of relaxation fill my whole being. Now this is an exact moment of healing!
