Healing Story…

“And this is a healing story!”

Recognizing your flow of thoughts will help you smile to yourself and get playfully creative. For example, if you notice thoughts like, “I’ll never get this done,” “I’ll mess this up,” “They’ll think I’m incompetent,” or “My talk will be a bomb,” it may be helpful to smile to yourself and say, “this is a story that doesn’t need to happen.” And if you notice thoughts like “People are really going to love this idea!” anchor it by affirming, “And this is a healing story!”

  1. So true!! Take that negative, realize it doesn’t need to happen and turn it into a positive! I find this a lot in my business…I get a lot of “no’s”, but by turning those no’s around and viewing them as my pathway to a “yes”, it makes it fun…I can say to myself..”Hmm, let’s see, how many no’s can I get today?” Paving the way to not just the “yes”, but to heightened self confidence, and a “healing” of spirit and attitude! Thanks, Tami for the reminder!

    • Dot, you are filled with so much wisdom. I feel so blessed that we connected all those moons. We could all use such friends as yourself that reminds to stay on our path! I love this phrase you wrote “Hmm, let’s see, how many no’s can I get today?” what a nice challenge for self. If you don’t mind I would love to use it? Thank you for reading. and thank you for writing!
